Event Notice and Disclosures

Event organizer and venue services

3AM Parties is the event organizing and promotion brand. Use of this name does not represent that the business is an LLC or corporation.

Venue operations, security, identification checks, and other services are allocated under the arrangements for each event. These arrangements do not remove any duty or responsibility imposed on an organizer, venue, or service provider by law.

Payments and administrative roles

Admission payments may be processed through Stripe or the ticket platform selected at checkout. A billing name or payment account identifier may differ from the event brand. Keep your receipt and contact 3AM Parties if you need help identifying a charge.

Processing or receiving a payment does not, by itself, establish that a payment processor, billing contact, or administrative payment recipient organizes the event, operates the venue, or provides alcohol. Responsibility depends on each person's actual role, conduct, agreements, and applicable law. This notice does not change payment-service contracts, tax obligations, or responsibility for refunds and disputes.

Alcohol service

3AM Parties does not sell, supply, or serve alcoholic beverages. Admission sold by 3AM Parties does not include alcohol. If alcohol is available, it is sold, supplied, and served separately by the venue's licensed alcohol operator, subject to its license, identification checks, and applicable law.

Alcohol is restricted to guests age 21 or older with valid government-issued photo identification. An 18+ admission ticket does not authorize alcohol purchase or consumption. No outside alcohol is permitted. Do not provide alcohol to anyone under 21 or drive while impaired.

Admission and conduct

Follow the age requirement on the event listing and bring valid government-issued photo identification. PROJECT X Welcome Week Rave at Bleu Nightclub on October 3, 2026 is advertised as 18+. Admission remains subject to lawful venue restrictions and valid ticket verification.

Follow lawful screening procedures and staff safety instructions. Weapons, illegal drugs, harassment, unwanted sexual contact, fighting, and dangerous conduct are prohibited. Entry may be refused or a guest removed for invalid identification, unsafe intoxication, prohibited conduct, or refusal of lawful screening, consistently with applicable law.

Event risks and personal belongings

Live music and dancing can involve loud sound, low lighting, flashing lights or strobes if used, crowds, physical exertion, heat, and accidental contact. Consider your own health and sensitivities, take breaks, and seek assistance when needed. Report hazards or medical concerns to staff; call 911 for an emergency.

Keep your belongings with you. Security measures do not guarantee that injury, theft, or other harm will never occur. This notice does not excuse unsafe or unlawful conduct by any person.

Tickets changes and refunds

Review the event details, total price, and any cancellation, postponement, transfer, and refund terms disclosed before purchase. Use the official sales links and retain your purchase confirmation. Tickets do not override age restrictions or lawful admission rules.

For a cancellation, material event change, billing issue, or refund question, contact 3AM Parties and the platform used for purchase. Applicable consumer protections and payment dispute rights remain in effect. This notice does not retroactively change the terms of an existing ticket purchase.

Photography and personal information

Photography or video may take place at events. Contact 3AM Parties or event staff with concerns about being photographed. This notice alone does not grant unrestricted permission to use your name, image, or likeness in advertising.

Payment and ticket platforms provide their own privacy information. Any separately requested marketing or media permission will be presented separately; viewing this notice is not consent to marketing.

Independent event

Unless an official event listing expressly identifies an authorized partnership, 3AM Parties events are independently organized and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any college or university.

Legal rights and separate agreements

This notice explains event policies and service roles. It is not, by itself, a signed liability release. Any separate attendee waiver must be presented for express agreement.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability for gross negligence, reckless or willful misconduct, fraud, intentional injury, violations of law, or any liability or right that cannot legally be excluded. It does not remove duties imposed on an organizer, venue, alcohol operator, or payment account holder by applicable law or their contracts.
